Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound;
that saved a wretch like me;
I once was lost but now am found;
was blind, but now I see
Praise God from whom all blessings flow;
Praise him all creatures here below;
Praise him above ye heavenly host;
Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Amen.
Once a month some of the younger married couples meet together for a time of discussion about the joys and challenges of marriage and parenting. Often using a good Christian book or video as a springboard, these have been great times of fellowship and learning.
The Young People’s Lunch Fellowship
The YPLF meets after the morning service on the first Sunday of each month and provides singles with an opportunity to develop friendships and talk together about Biblical and topical themes. At present we’re discussing the theme of the Christian and Technology.
Ladies’ Book Study
Meeting twice a month at the church and in homes, the ladies get together for coffee and discussion around a good Christian book (classic or contemporary). This year, we’re studying Mark Chanski’s ‘Encouragement.’
Men’s Breakfast
Throughout the year on the third Saturday of the month, the men (and sons) get together at The Village Diner in East Haven at 8.30 a.m. for a time of food and fellowship.
