Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound;
that saved a wretch like me;
I once was lost but now am found;
was blind, but now I seePraise God from whom all blessings flow;
Praise him all creatures here below;
Praise him above ye heavenly host;
Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Amen.
Once a month some of the younger married couples meet together for a time of discussion about the joys and challenges of marriage and parenting. Often using a good Christian book or video as a springboard, these have been great times of fellowship and learning.
The ladies get together once a month at the church (2nd Saturday at 10:00 a.m.) for coffee and discussion around a good Christian book (classic or contemporary). This year, we’re studying Philippians: Living for Christ by Lydia Brownback.
Men’s Breakfast & Study
On the last Saturday of the month, the men (and sons) meet at the Twin Pines Diner in East Haven at 9:00 a.m. for a time of food and fellowship.
After breakfast, the men have a study at the church at 11:00 a.m. We’re currently studying Praises for the King of Kings by Walter Chantry.
