Mark grew up in Norfolk, England and after studying Humanities at Manchester went to work in local government. In 2000 he felt a call to pastoral ministry and spent two years at London Theological Seminary before moving to Grand Rapids to complete an MDiv at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary. He has been married to Abigail (from the Philippines) since 2003. They have two American children and together they have served churches in London, South Africa and Michigan. Apart from spending time with his family, Mark enjoys football (English), reading and drinking tea.
Chris was raised in Windsor Locks, CT. He graduated from The University of Connecticut in 1996 and, having graduate degrees from Texas A&M University and Yale University, has been a scientist in the biotech industry since 2002. He was converted in his twenties and was baptized into membership at Grace Reformed Baptist Church in 2000. Chris spent three years as a deacon and was elected to the board of elders in 2010. He and his wife Jennifer married in 1996 and have 4 daughters: Kathryn, Abigail, Reagan and Ada.
Wayne became a member of Grace in 1990. He has seen lot of changes, including 3 pastors. He has been a part of the leadership for many years and has seen the Lord take the church through the difficult as well as the rewarding times. Outside of church responsibilities, he has been married to Debbie since 1993 and they have 3 children; one recently graduating from college. He has worked in the insurance industry for 41 years
Adam was raised in Carlisle, PA, and was baptized at age 15. He and his wife, Shannon, attended The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, California. Adam and Shannon were married in 2002 and have four children. Adam has been on the board of elders since 2012, and currently works in the financial services industry.
Philip was born and raised in New Haven. He has worked in the transportation industry as a mechanic since 1989. He and his wife Beth were married in 1993 and have 2 children. Phil and Beth became members of Grace Reformed Baptist Church in 2006.
Tom was born in Illinois, providentially adopted into a Christian family, and proudly raised in Texas. He then took a wrong turn at Albuquerque and has lived in Connecticut for much longer than he expected. He joined GRBC in 2000 and was called to serve as a deacon in 2015. Tom and Cristi have been happily married since 2000.
